This week we talk about God’s gracious and comforting words in Zechariah 1:13-17 in Glory in Our Midst.  First, we discuss how Israel’s covenant is a miniature picture of the heavenly kingdom of God.  Next, we talk about how much of the content of the prophecy will be fulfilled when Christ returns.  After that, we discuss how Zechariah’s message of perseverance is a rebuke to theonomic postmillennialism.
